Frequently Asked Questions

+ Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax only in our home state of California.

+ How do I reach Customer Service?

You may contact us through this website by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper righthand corner of the page, or you can email us directly at hello@bigbeelittlebee.com. We will reply to all messages as soon as we possibly can, but never longer than one day. If you'd like us to reply with a phone call, please note that in the message and we'll promptly give you a call. We're always happy to chat!

+ How should I clean my Snow Angel?

Machine wash, gentle, warm. Tumble dry, low. You may use bleach and fabric softener, but please note that it will degrade the fabric faster than if you avoided it. Do not iron.

+ How should I clean my ScrubBEE?

Any way you like! If buildup occurs, it's easiest to just scrub it off with your fingernails. You can also put it in the dishwasher (top rack).

+ How should I clean my BeeKeepers?

By hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher. You'll find a silicone ring lining the inside of the lid to prevent leaks. When you notice food collecting around it, simply remove the ring (there's a pull tab in the corner), and clean the lid and ring seperately. Both are dishwasher safe. When placing the ring back in the lid after cleaning, line up the pull tab of the ring with the indent in the lid to ensure proper alignment.

+ How should I clean my Build-A-Straw?

By hand using a straw cleaner, or in the utensil section of the dishwasher. If you start seeing something that resembles a powder coating on the straws, don’t worry, just wipe it off with a clean, dry towel. Please hand wash the pouches.
